You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to provide accurate, current information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for illegal activity or violations of these Terms.

You are restricted from: publishing material in other media, selling/sublicensing material, using the Service in any way that damages it or impacts user access, engaging in data mining, or using the Service for advertising/marketing without permission.

The Service is provided ‘as is’ without warranties of any kind. Amity Care Hospice shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from your use of the Service or third-party content linked from it.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the state laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
