Ramonda Jackson

Bartow, Paulding, and Cherokee

My name is Ramonda Jackson. I am a blessed wife, mother, and grandmother who lives with my husband on our farm in Polk County, GA, about an hour northwest of Atlanta. The farm is where we raised our family and a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of the city traffic.

My passion is found in the senior community and arranging for the best end of life, comfort care possible. I am working toward my fifth year with hospice and have never known such a feeling of fulfillment in a position prior. I am privileged to collaborate with each patient and/ or family to be part of his/her end-of-life experience. It is a sincere blessing to me each time I experience the quality of life that hospice/ palliative care allows each patient, surrounded by family, at home and pain free. My role with hospice is very much a “calling.” Very simply God called, I answered.

Haley Gazerro

Cobb County and parts of Bartow County

My name is Haley Gazerro and I've been in the healthcare industry for over 9 years. I graduated from Shorter University with a B.S. in Biology in 2014 and I'm extremely passionate about hospice and palliative care. I love helping patients and families during one of the most difficult times of their lives. I wake up everyday with a purpose of knowing that someone out there needs my help. I truly believe that no one should be in pain or suffer at the end of life. I've had the honor of meeting and loving on the sweetest people during my career. I always encourage those I encounter to seek help and assistance if you or a loved one is needing end of life care. There is absolutely nothing wrong with accepting help when it's needed the most. I'm always happy to go over the benefits of hospice and palliative care.

I have a loving wife of 38 years who is a special education teacher at Mabry middle school. We have two wonderful daughters, who we dearly love. Our oldest daughter is disabled and was just married 7/21/24 to a good young man who were proud to welcome to our family. She has overcome many challenges in her life since becoming disabled from a car accident in 2008. Our youngest daughter is a RN in surgery at Northside Cherokee. We are very proud of her and how hard she works.

We enjoy vacations and holidays together as a family. We also enjoy golf together, as well as fishing.
